Warrior Class Guide

Warriors are the number one tanks of WoW, masters of getting the shit kicked out of them. Warriors can also DPS, as well as if not better then they can tank! Almost every Warrior collects both a tanking set and a DPS set, It's almost as if it is crucial to the class. Instead of mana or energy Warriors have Rage. Your rage starts at 0 and as you get hit and as you hit people your rage will increase.

Almost every Warrior ability takes rage to execute, without rage you can't do any damage. Warriors also have one of the most demanded abilities in Arena, Mortal Strike. Mortal Strike reduces healing the target takes by 50% for 10 seconds. Mortal Strike can be found in the Warriors talent tree "Arms". That is if the temtations to dual weild 2, 2 handed weapons with the fury talent Titan's Grip doesn't get you!

There thrid spec Warriors have is Protection. Protection focuses completly on.... Guess.... Protection! This is the spec you will be if you decide to tank. Tanking isn't as easy as it sounds, It will require you to know how to Micro Manage and Stance Dance. Stance Dance is fancy talk for switching in and out of stances to perfectly execute an ability or set of abilities. Like going from Protection Stance to Berserk to use Berserk Rage to block a fear.

Warriors have 3 different stances they can be in, below is a list of these stances and what makes them unique.

Battle Stance: Battle Stance increases your Armor Penetration by 10%, it also decreases all threat gained by 20%. Battle Stance is the very first stance warriors get, and it is the most balanced stance to be in.

Defensive Stance: Defensive Stance decreases damage taken by 10%, and also decreases damaged caused by 10%. Defensive stance also increases all threat generated. This is the best stance to tank in (Go figure).

Berserk Stance: Berserk Stance increases all damage take by 10%, it also increases your critical strike chance by 3%. This is the most common stance Warriors are in since most of their crucial abilities are in it.

If you enjoy being at the front lines of every battle, and being HEAVILY dependant upon in a PvE situation then you'll love playing a Warrior
