If you have skinning then the Angerclaw Maulers in Felwood are a great place for you to farm for some extra gold in the upper 50s. The Angerclaw Maulers can be found all over Felwood but the best place to farm them is my little blue circle just above Bloodvenom Falls and to the west. What makes the Anglerclaw Maulers so good is the fact that they drop very valueable vendor trash as well as Rugged and Thick Leather when you skin them. Rugged Leather will sell very well for both factions but more so for Horde since it is a main ingredient in getting a Venomhide Ravasaur.

As far as worrying about other people in this location you shouldn't have a single worry in the world. Chances are you won't see someone here the whole entire time that you're here. Inside the small blue ring you will find 6 - 8 bears with roughly a 30 second to 1 minute spawn time. If you're right around level 60 than by the time you kill all 8 the first one will be respawning. If not than you can always feel free to kill the wolves and other bears around the camp.
