Kritchy is a Crew Challenge that you'll find in Cursehaven, a zone on planet Xylourgos which is part of the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find Kritchy right next to the Withernot Cemetery fast travel terminal which is not very far from The Lodge zone line in Cursehaven.

As far as loot goes, the only item on Kritchy's dedicated loot list is Clairvoyance (Jakobs AR). This item is unique to Kritchy which means it'll be extremely difficult if not impossible to find off of other enemies throughout the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC.
