Gmork is a Crew Challenge found in The Cankerwood a zone on planet Xylourgos which is part of the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find Gmork in the dead center of The Cankerwood zone right next to the large town that's here.

As far as loot goes, the only item on Gmork's dedicated loot list is Nothingness (Maliwan Shotgun). This item is not unique to Gmork though and can be found as a drop from any other enemy throughout the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC.
