Fungal Gorger is a rare spawn which you'll find in The Cankerwood a zone on the planet Xylourgos which is part of the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find the Fungal Gorger in the northern most portion of this zone, the location is marked on the map above. Keep in mind that because this enemy is a rare spawn he does not have a 100% chance of being here every time.

As far as loot goes, the only item on Fungal Gorger's dedicated loot list is Mutant (Jakobs AR). This item is also unique to the Fungal Gorger which means it'll be extremely difficult if not impossible to find it from other enemies in the Guns, Love and Tentacles DLC.
