Wrendon Esk is one of the available Crew Challenges in The Blastplains on the planet Gehenna; this planet is part of the Bounty of Blood DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find Wrendon Esk in the central portion of the zone almost directly east from the Pump & Charge fast travel terminal in the center of the zone.

Note: You'll find one of Sato's Journal on the hillside right next to where Wrendon Esk is.

As far as loot goes, the only item that you'll find on Wrendon Esk's dedicated loot list is the Plumage (Atlas RPG). This drop is not unique to Wrendon and can be found on other enemies throughout the Bounty of Blood DLC as well.
