Dark Reign - Blood From Sand

This task and Army of Stone can be done at the exact same time. What you need to do for this task is kill Goblins inside Stillmoon Temple and loot 7 Impure Goblin Bloods from them. This is an extremely easy task since the zone is mostly filled with Goblins. You'll need to kill about 14 or so to get the 7 bloods that you need.
