Ethereal Metal Rings
Ethereal Metal Rings are one of the more annoying parts of the PoP Elemental Armor quests. I highly recommend that you check The Bazaar on your server for these instead of going through the process of making them. You'll need a skill in both Brewing and Smithing of 250+ to successfully make these recipes with a low chance of failing.
For those of you who decide to go through with making Ethereal Metal Rings - they're made very similarly to the Ethereal Sheet of Metal that you had to make for the Ornate Armor quests. First you'll need to whip up some Ethereal Temper which you'll then want to use to make the Ethereal Metal Rings.
In order to make Ethereal Temper you'll need Celestial Essence. If you don't already know how to make it, instead of repeating all the information here just follow my Ethereal Sheet of Metal Guide instead.
In order to make the Ethereal Temper you'll need 2 Celestial Essence (talked about above) as well as 1 Emerald Tea Leaf which you can purchase from Brewmaster Berina (Behind Small Bank in PoK) or Sirekoth Eshe (Eastern Trader Building in PoK). Additionally you'll need Soda which can be purchased from Chef Denrun or Caden Zharik in PoK.
Ethereal Temper has a 212 Brewing Trivial. The combine also must be done in a Tanaan Brew Barrel (found in PoK).
