Stratos: Zephyr's Flight - The Burning Lands Guide
Important: When it comes to Stratos the #1 mechanic that you need to always keep in mind is knockback. Most of the named enemies knock you back so you don't want to fight them near any edges and many of the regular enemies knock back as well. Falling off the side doesn't always result in death but sometimes it does if the server lags at just the right time. Otherwise when you fall off you're teleported back to the succor point.
At first glance you may assume that there aren't many camps in Stratos that are good due to how the zone is laid out but actually I have found numerous camps in this zone worth mentioning. Use the map above as a reference to learn where each of the camps are. As for where you'll want to park your group, I typically have my group park right in the middle of the platform which gives me the most wiggle room when it comes to dealing with the knockbacks.
What makes Stratos a good zone for farming is the fact that all the gear you can find here is non-prestige, making it usable by all Free to Play/Silver players. For more information about each of the specific camps check below.
Daring Cloud Spear: Dark Daring, Pocket of Clouds
Dour Eighth Guardian: Dour Blue, Eight
Mediocre Camp
The platform you stand on for this camp is really small which means things can go sideways really quick if you're not careful.
Horizon of Destiny: Golden Dawn, Blue Sky
Triumphal Still Sky: Still the Sky, Teal Sky
Daring Cloud Spear: Dark Daring, Pocket of Clouds
Eastern Radiant Camp Nameds
You'll find a decent amount of named enemies at this camp and it's relatively safe compared to the other camps since not as many enemies knock back. It's one of my preferred camps in the zone.
Eastern Radiant Glance: Pink Dawn, Radiant Diamond Ring
Triumphal Still Sky: Still the Sky, Teal Sky
Hardest Camp Nameds
This camp is like a race against time in how long it takes until you wipe. So many different nameds spawn on this platform and eventually if you stay here long enough you'll get two or three to spawn at once and it'll end up wiping your group since you'll have no cooldowns and will have to deal with constant knockbacks/other respawns.
Cloud Iron Lance: Golden Wisp, Iron Cloud, Shield of Stratos
Wild Blossom Star: Piercing Star, Wild Star Necklace
Glassbeak Stormbreaker: Beak, Storm Glass
Safest Camp Nameds
Out of all the camps on this page this one is by far the safest. Park your group in the middle of this insanely large platform and the chance of you getting knocked off is 0.
Silver Eyes Dread: Silver Cape of Sky, The Silver Flash
Dour Eighth Southern Camp
When I need the Dour Blue aug this is the camp I like to farm the most.
Dour Eighth Guardian: Dour Blue, Eight
Dawnbreeze: Golden Wisp, Ice Star
Infinite Horizon Star: Dawn Star, Vanda Glow
Dour #2 Camp
I personally do not like this camp because the enemies very often glitch off the edge and then reappear on the far side of the zone, sometimes training you. Unless you plan to keep moving around with your group and fight enemies close to their spawn points I don't recommend this location.
Dour Eighth Guardian: Dour Blue, Eight
Dawnbreeze: Golden Wisp, Ice Star
Starshine, Icebreaker: Ice Shyne, Starbreaker
