Fire In The Sky - RoS Collectibles Achievement

For this achievement you need to collect four sets of collectibles from Skyfire Mountains (EoK). Two sets of collectibles appear as ground spawns throughout the zone (one on the eastern and one on the western side) and the other two drop from enemies throughout the zone.

So many enemies throughout this zone see through invisibility that it's not going to be easy for you to gather the collectibles without a Rogue. It's possible assuming you have fade and/or a character with succor. You'll just have to be patient, avoid enemies and only grab what's easy.

As for the two sets of collectibles that drop in this zone... These are the really tough ones! It'll be hard to hunt in Skyfire Mountains unless you have a well geared group - preferably a full group too. The enemies here are both annoying (knock back attacks, flying through the air, heavily resistant to fire) and have a butt load of health.

 

Bloodstones (Skyfire Mountains)

This set of collectibles drops from the Drake and Wurm enemies throughout the zone. You have two options for hunting them, you can either camp in one of two locations that I have found or roam around the zone and hunt them wherever you can find them.

These collectibles are found east of the lava river that splits the zone in half down the middle. While collecting ground spawns throughout Skyfire Mountains you'll need to be extremely careful. There are undead enemies that always see through regular invisibility then you have the drakes, wurms and sarnaks which occasionally see through invis.

The only way to be completely safe while doing collectibles in this zone is to con every enemy before you get too close to them. There's no other way to tell if they enemy sees through invis or not before getting too close.

This collectible set is found west of the lava river that runs up and down the zone. While collecting ground spawns throughout Skyfire Mountains you'll need to be extremely careful. There are undead enemies that always see through regular invisibility then you have the drakes, wurms and sarnaks which occasionally see through invis.

Ritual Runes (Skyfire Mountains)

You'll find this set of collectibles dropping from ratmen and undead enemies throughout Skyfire Mountains. The best location I have found to find both of these enemies is in the southern portion of Skyfire Mountains where the Wizard portal is located in the Kunark version of the zone.
