Monstrous Brigands - Act 1 Side Quest

Start Location: Helos
Quest Location: Natural Cave in Laconia Woods
Objective: Defeat a group of Satyrs then speak with

Monstrous Brigands is the first side quest that you will encounter in Titan Quest; after you defeat the Satyr Shaman you'll be allowed to venture out of the southeastern exit of Helos. A man by the name of Nicostratus will approach you as you exit from town and a quest marker will appear over his head.

For this quest you need to go inside of a cave to the east of Helos (shown on my map) and defeat the Satyrs inside with a white glowing aura around them (pictured below). Once all the Satyrs are defeated speak with the man cowering in the corner to update the quest. Return to Helos and speak with Nicostratus to claim your reward.
