When the mission first begins you'll want to grab the Double-Barreled Shotgun and hop into the water. Swim straight ahead for now and you'll pass by Secret #1 on your way to the locked Gold Keycard Door. After getting Secret #1 turn around and go back whence you came. Make sure you hold Jump while swimming over top of the fan blades that will turn you into mince meat. This is the easiest way to avoid being pulled into it.
Shortly after the fan that turns you into mince meat you'll be able to surface, press the button nearby when you do. Exit this room to the right for another button as well as Secret #2. The exit to the left has Secret #3 and a hallway that leads you to the next button along with the next secret.
Before you reach the next button though, the hallway that you're following will dead end. You'll find the locked Silver Keycard Door here along with an elevator that you can ride up. At the top you will find our final button along with a ledge you can jump to for Secret #4. Make sure you get this secret because it will unlock the Super Nailgun.
Jump down from where you are now and return to the locked Silver Keycard Door, directly across from this you'll discover a new door that has opened. Follow this to a dead end and then hit the button to remove the bars blocking you. Continue through the next few areas defeating all enemies as you go. Eventually you will run into a large room with a bunch of computer like boxes. This is where you'll find Secret #5, grab that for some bonus armor.
Keep going down the linear path forward and you will find another button, hit that and return to the room with Secret #5. The hallway just before this room has a new door open, it leads you into the room with the Silver Keycard. This is a large open area with some water, when you enter drop down into the water immediately for Secret #6.
Grab the Silver Keycard in this room and you will automatically ride an elevator up to a floor above you. Open the locked door and proceed through the next few rooms. When you reach the gap in the floor that you must jump over make sure to grab Secret #7. Jump over the pit and follow the path to the end, press the button and grab the Wetsuit before going for a swim.
Follow the linear path underwater to the Gold Keycard, grab it and then keep swimming until you surface back in the Silver Keycard room. Ride the elevator back up and back track to the Gold Keycard Door (you just jumped over it near Secret #7). Use the keycard on the door and then follow the linear route to the exit.
Secret #1
Secret #1: When the mission begins swim down the tunnels and when you reach the far corner look up to see the switch above. Shoot this switch and you will raise an elevator that lets you access a room above.
Secret #2
Secret #2: Once you're out of the water you'll find a small room with an outpost above you. Enemies will shoot at you from this location when you enter the room. To get up to the area you'll need to shoot a small target on the ceiling to lower an elevator. Ride the elevator up to find a +100 Health box and your secret area.
Secret #3
Secret #3: After getting Secret #2 run through the hallway to find a bridge; jump off this bridge and find the small island with 3 boxes of Nails to get Secret #3.
Secret #4
Secret #4: Shortly after getting Secret #3 you'll make your way to a ledge overlooking the room you started the mission in. There is a button you need to press on this ledge to progress, you can also see a Super Nailgun in the distance on a different ledge (pictured below). Grab the Super Nailgun to claim your secret.
Secret #5
Secret #5: Our fifth secret is found in a room with lots of computer-like boxes. You'll have to do some basic jumping to reach this secret, use my screenshots below if you need help finding your way through the maze of boxes. Your reward for completing this puzzle will be a suit of red armor (+200 Armor).
Secret #6
Secret #6: After pressing the button next to the window with the Silver Keycard you'll want to backtrack a bit through the room with Secret #5 and to where you see my screenshot below. When entering this room you'll want to drop down into the water immediately to grab the Quad Damage (Secret #6) and the yellow armor.
Secret #7
Secret #7: The first hallway you come across after going through the Silver Keycard Door will have a pit in the middle that you must jump across. Before you jump across search the wall for a pattern that doesn't match up and shoot it to reveal the level's final secret.
