Timberline Falls Grawl Farming Guide (Heavy Bones, Engraved Totems & Large Skulls)
There are two different locations players can farm the Grawl in Timberline Falls, depending on where they are is determined by what stage the Oouo event is on. When the event is on the part which requires you to escort The Order you will need to kill the Grawl around the Ogduk Waypoint just west of where it says Guilty Tears on the map. If the event is on the part where you must kill Oouo you will need to kill the grawl to the east of where it say Guilty Tears on the map.
Below is a picture of the location on the map, click on the picture to enlarge it if you are having trouble viewing it. Also, the two different areas you can find the Grawl on the map are color coded. The part of the event which requires you to kill Oouo to the east is in blue and the part that requires you to escort the order to the west is in red.
In my experience when you're killing the grawl around the Waypoint they have a better chance of dropping the Engraved Totems and Heavy Bones than when you have to kill them during the kill Oouo part. As aforementioned earlier in the guide you will be getting mostly Engraved Totems here as well as Heavy Bones and you will occasionally get a Large Skull which is a rare crafting material that sells for more than the Engraved Totems & Heavy Bones.
This location is great for lower level players but that doesn't mean you can't turn a profit here at a higher level! Being level 80 will only make it easier for you to successfully farm here and make some decent cash. Although, there are definitely many better areas you can farm at level 80 than here.
In 30 minutes with 56% Magic Find I was able to make 1g which isn't too bad for a player in their late 50s. The best thing about farming here though is just how valuable the Engraved Totems are. They are probably one of the most valuable Fine Crafting Materials T1 - 5 just because of how uncommon they are. This is by far one of the best places to farm them followed closely by the Jotun in northwestern Timberline Falls.
