Tuls Valen Ald'ruhn Tribunal Temple Side Quests

The quest giver for the Tribunal Temple in Ald'ruhn is Tuls Valen (pictured above); he's found inside the Tribunal Temple in eastern Ald'ruhn. In order to accept any quests from Tuls Valen you'll first need to complete the Pilgrimages of the Seven Graces quest and become a member of the Tribunal Temple. Only the final quest given to you by Tuls Valen requires the rank of Disciple, every other quest has no rank requirement.

 

 

Tuls Valen Quest #1 - Compassion

For this quest you will be tasked with going to the Daedric Shrine of Maelkashishi and curing an orc by the name of Bulfim gra-Shugarz of her Blight Disease. You're given a potion of cure blight disease but you can also learn a spell, like Rilm's Gift, which will cure blight disease as well. Rilm's Gift is taught by Folvys Andalor in the same temple. There isn't any extra reward for curing her with a spell so don't worry about it if your magic isn't good enough.

Maelkashishi can be found to the northeast of Gnisis, it's a large Daedric Shrine and difficult to miss. You'll find Bulfim gra-Shugarz right near the entrance after you enter.

Tuls Valen Quest #2 - False Incarnate

Take the Silt Strider to Suran and search for Elvil Vidron whose standing in the center of town, he's a Dunmer without a shirt on. Raise Elvil's disposition to 65 or higher and you will be able to convince him he is not the Nerevarine. If you've advanced the game far enough to acquire the Moon-and-Star ring you can show this to him too, although this route is bugged without the Morrowind Patch mod.

 

Tuls Valen Quest #3 - Pilgrimage to Maar Gan

For this quest you will need to take the Silt Strider to Maar Gan and go inside of the temple in the eastern part of town. Inside here you'll find a large rock that you can interact with it along with a friendly Dremora standing nearby. You'll need to open a dialogue window with the Dremora and Taunt him until he attacks you then interact with the rock to complete the quest.

 

Tuls Valen Quest #4 - Dark Cult in Hassour

Other Requirements: Rank of Disciple

This quest requires us to go to the dungeon of Hassour which is to the south of Balmora and slay Dagoth Fovon inside. You'll find Dagoth Fovon inside of the Shrine area of Hassour. If you've already been to Hassour and defeated Dagoth Fovon prior to accepting this quest it will automatically complete and you'll be given your reward.
