How to join the Morag Tong Guild - Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
To become a member of the Morag Tong guild in Morrowind you'll need to speak with Eno Hlaalu in the 'Arena Hidden Area' section of Vivec. You can reach this location by traveling through the Arena Canalworks, check out my How to reach the Morag Tong Guild video for an exact route. Getting here is too difficult to explain in text so I recommend the video instead.
Once you speak with Eno Hlaalu he will ask you to complete one assassination to prove you're capable of being a member. After you finish this short quest and return to Eno Hlaalu he'll make you a member of the Morag Tong guild.
Eno Hlaalu Quest #1 - Morag Tong: Writ for Feruren Oran
To gain entry into the Morag Tong Guild you'll have to find and kill Feruren Oran who is in the Elven Nations Cornerclub in the Hlaalu Canton. Like with most Morag Tong quests you have a writ of execution for this character which means you can kill him openly without provoking him and show the writ to the guard when you're stopped - it will absolve you of your crimes.
Alternatively, use Frenzy Humanoid or Taunt on Feruren to provoke him into a fight and avoid any bounty at all.
