Ajira Balmora Mage's Guild Quests
Ajira is one of 2 Mage's Guild quest givers in Balmora, the first 4 quests from her have no rank requirements at all. Stolen Reports will require that you're an Evoker (3) and The Staff of Magnus/Warlock's Ring both require the rank of Warlock (6). Typically when you join the Mage's Guild for the first time, Ajira's quests are the ones most people start with since they're very easy and involve little to no combat.
Ajira Quest #1 - Four Types of Mushrooms
Take the Silt Strider to Seyda Neen and search the landscape for the four types of mushroom. Screenshots of the exact mushrooms you're looking for can be found below. Sorry for the low Gamma in the pictures, Morrowind is a naturally dark game and I didn't realize that turning my screenshots didn't display my increased Gamma.
Luminous Russula Mushroom
Violet Coprinus Mushroom
Hypha Facia Mushroom
Bungler's Bane
Ajira Quest #2 - Fake Soul Gem
This is another super easy quest from Ajira, head upstairs and take the Lesser Soul Gem out of Galbedir's Desk and replace it with the fake one. You're free to steal everything on her desk too for money if you'd like - the soul gems here are worth a fortune. There is also a chest next to her desk which has more goodies in it if you can unlock it.
Ajira Quest #3 - Four Types of Flowers
Much like the first quest Ajira gave you except in this one you'll be collecting flowers. You can find all of the flowers we need around Lake Amaya which is a tad bit northwest of Suran. Take the Silt Strider to Suran and follow the path northwest out of town, the big body of water on your left will be Lake Amaya. Search all around this area for the flowers we need.

Ajira Quest #4 - Ceramic Bowl
Very simple quest, go next door to the Mage's Guild and you'll find Ra'Virr the trader. Purchase a Ceramic Bowl from him and return it to Ajira to complete the quest.
Ajira Quest #5 - Stolen Reports
This quest technically begins before even turning in the Ceramic Bowl quest. When you return to Ajira she'll be irate about her stolen reports, inquire about them to begin the quest.
Flower Report: In the adjacent room with all of the beds. You'll find the report half under the closet.
Mushroom Report: On the 2nd floor of the Mage's Guild across from Ranis Athrys. You'll find the report hidden by the baskets/sacks/barrels.

Ajira Quest #6 - Staff of Magnus
After reaching the rank of Warlock speak with Ajira about duties again and she'll give you this quest. You're tasked with retrieving the Staff of Magnus which is found in the dungeon of Assu to the north of Molag Marr. Staff of Magnus is held by a Dunmer mage by the name of Dreveni Hlaren.
Dreveni is in the back of the dungeon ontop of a ledge that you can only access with Levitation (or really good Jump skill). Kill her and loot the Staff of Magnus from her corpse. This weapon is one of two Staff Artifacts in the game, for a slightly more detailed walkthrough on how to reach this check out my Staff of Magnus Guide.
Ajira Quest #7 - Warlock's Ring
Once you've returned to Ajira with the Staff of Magnus she'll tell you about her final secret, the Warlock's Ring. You can find this inside of Ashirbadon which is due east of Vivec. In order to reach Vindamea Drethan, the Dunmer who wields the Warlock's Ring, you'll need a way to Levitate. Otherwise the dungeon is pretty straight forward with a couple tough enemies inside.
Return to Ajira once you've obtained the Warlock's Ring and she will let you keep it. For slightly more information about how to obtain this ring check out my Warlock's Ring Guide.
