Crassius Curio Quest #2 - Velfred the Outlaw

This quest can only be started once you've finished all of Odral Helvi's quests in Caldera. All you need to do for this quest is to travel to Hla Oad (you can take a boat here) and speak with Velfred the Outlaw whose found standing on his ship off the coast southwest of town.

If you raise Velfred's disposition to 75 or higher you'll be able to convince him to respect House Hlaalu, your alternative is to just kill him. While on this quest it's worth mentioning you'll receive no penalty if you taunt the Nords below deck to attack you (or use Frenzy Humanoid on them) and steal all of the cargo. There's a lot of ebony to be found in this ship.
