Bites Motel Location - Dying Light Easter Eggs

You can find the Bites Motel in the northwestern portion of the Slums which is a reference to the Bates Motel an old american TV show as well as the name of a hotel from the movie Psycho. During The Prodigal Son side quest when you help Alexi's son Kristov you'll visit this location in game. Once you complete this quest the Bites Motel will become a safe zone.

Inside of the Bites Motel you'll find a Blueprint: Stinky Edge (2nd floor, Hard locked door) but aside from that there is no other noteable loot here.
