Elyos Leveling Guide - Level 38 Drakes
Another possible place for Elyos to level are the level 38 drakes just south of the Undead Island. These drakes are all over the place and usually have 1 or 2 people around here grinding. If you see someone go to the polar opposite side of where they are and they shouldn't notice you for quite awhile, if ever.
While grinding at the Drakes if your faction owns the fort or etheir of the nearby Artifacts you will have a save haven if someone starts attacking you. You can easily just pop your wings and fly over to the area.
