Digimon World Guides and Walkthroughs

Digimon World 1 is the first game in the series and it's a rather unique game at that. This game was made by BEC and published by Bandi in 1999 originally; localizations happened in the following years. I felt the game was best described as a tamagotchi with exploration and combat. You'll have to raise Digimon and that includes feeding, training and even letting them go potty.

That's right, you have to take your Digimon to a toilet when they have to go - otherwise they will poop on the ground. Quite a unique feature that will stick with you long after you finish playing the game.

Digimon World Walkthrough

When I played through Digimon World in 2025, there wasn't much good information available for it online. All of the Walkthroughs were on Gamefaq without pictures and much of the info was outdated.
