The Mesa Wolves, Bears and Snakes can be found near the Blightfire Moors zoneline in southern Goru'kar Mesa. This is one of the very few farming locations that stays consistently good until level and probably beyond that as well. The Wolves and Bears will be your main focus since they drop High Quality Pelts that will sell for a good price in The Bazaar. Once you run out of Bears and Wolves to kill you can switch your focus over to the Snakes as well.

The snakes won't drop any High Quality pelts but they do drop teeth and pancreases which are equally as valuable. That is the one drop that all three mobs share in common, teeth and pancreases. The teeth and pancreases will sell to a vendor for close to 20pp or more. So depending on how many mobs you can kill, the money may rack up rather quickly.

Above is a map of where you can find the Animals to kill in Goru'kar Mesa. The snakes hang around the northern part of each ring and the ring to the far northeast is the higher level snakes, which are in their 40s. The ring to the far southeast is the Bear caves, which, as implied, you will only find bears in here. The Wolves more or less just patrol the landscape and don't really have a static spawn point. One does come to mind though and that is the right hand side of the river to the north.

The other good thing about this zone is that there is a vendor nearby. On the map I made for the zone you can see where it says "Vendor Here" over top all the other words. This is, you guessed it, the location of the vendor. It will take a long while for your bags to get filled up with pelts and Defiant Gear, so long you probably won't even have to worry about it.

Starting at level 75 you can switch it up and start killing the Giants in the zone as well. Depending on how many AAs you have at 75 you will probably be able to rip through 90% of the animals before they even remotely get the chance to start respawning. The giants will add in a lot more "raw plat" to your farming experience since they drop a good 2 - 30pp a kill. Also depending on what class you are, you may be able to pull all of them in one go. As a Ranger I am able to tank every single giant in the area with 28/33 CA/CS and with a merc out.

Even if you don't have an AoE ability Riposte and Damage Shields will beat up the giants very quickly. It should only take 10 or so minutes to kill all the giants and after killing all the giants you will be at least 1k richer just from the raw plat.
